Evaluation There were many constraints that my group and I faced and one of those things is to get everybody in the same place at once. in my group there was ten of us that was working on this task to create a small advertisement for Lilian Baylis Technology School. However since there were many different exams going on at the time we never had the right opportunity to talk when everyone would be present. Therefore the project was put on hold, the planning was also put on hold and when everyone finished with exams we only had a small time slot to get the project done but with everyone putting in hard work and time to create this advertisement we were able to finish it. Production Log 4
Production Log 4 This week we have been finishing off with our production by making final touches to the footage more interviews, filling up the gaps in our production and re filming shots to make it better. We have taken on board all of the things that our client said last week and changed them to his liking as well as making a few adjustments ourselves. We have all contributed equally in the making of this production by all of us staying behind late after school to edit and also arriving at school early to get good shots of students walking into the building giving it a better affect to our audience to see what it is like for the students of LBTS.
Production Log 3
Production Log 3 This week some of us have come back from doing our exams and have stepped up with catching up with the work that we have put in. This week we have continued our filming for our LBTS advertisement production for our client, we have done some interior shots of the school and some exterior shots of the school to show the audience all its fine aspects. We also met with our client and showed him our first draft for the production and he told us about what he liked and what he disliked about it so that we could improve it more to his standards. Some of the things that he wanted us to change were very little things which were that the titles at the bottom of the screen when an interview was shown to have their names and who they are, also his opinion on the music and that the production needed tidying up bit.

Production Log 2 This since some of us have exams this week a lot of people have stepped up in order to keep the production on track. We have done this by continuing with our filming of exterior and interior shots of the school and also interviews with teachers and with students and asked them questions that the group has come up with together. We have also started editing however this is avery slow process due to the fact that we all need to come together as a group and make the decision of what type of structure that we want the advertisement for the school to be.

Production Log 1 This week my classmates and I have had a meeting with Mr Phillips the head teacher of Lilian Baylis Technology School. He has given us his brief on what he would like the schools advertisement to be like and what he would like for us to include. We have also discussed as a group who will be allocated which job role and we had come to the decision that everyone should do the same job but we alternate turns equally. I have also started with some pre production on my own such as the Risk Assessment, and also the Cast, Crew, Equipment and Prop lists.
