There were many constraints that my group and I faced and one of those things is to get everybody in the same place at once. in my group there was ten of us that was working on this task to create a small advertisement for Lilian Baylis Technology School.

However since there were many different exams going on at the time we never had the right opportunity to talk when everyone would be present. Therefore the project was put on hold, the planning was also put on hold and when everyone finished with exams we only had a small time slot to get the project done but with everyone putting in hard work and time to create this advertisement we were able to finish it. Another constraint that we had faced is that we never had a budget and had to use the schools equipment for instance Tripods, Cameras, SD cards etc.

The communication that we had with our client was really good because before we started the filming and the planning we had a meeting with him which is the Headteacher of Lilian Baylis Technology School. He told us what he wanted the advertisement to look like and who he wanted to be featured in it. We then wrote up everything that he said he wanted so that we were able to use his ideas as well as making his ideas better. We asked him question about anything that e needed to know for example, the audience that he wants to target, the music he wants, also we asked if he wanted it filmed following a student around from lessons like a 'Day in the life of an LBTS student'. The communication with the group was not great at the beginning of filming because everyone had exams that took up a lot of time but after the exams everyone put in work and effort to create the final piece.

Our time management has overall been very good since our exams were going on at the same time as this production we then focused fully on this and put all the time in that was needed. We were completely dedicated to finish the production but also create a really good advertisement for the our client.
